One of Japan's most famous front-runners despite standing only 149 cm, Twin Turbo won the 1991 Keio Hai Nisai Stakes and the 1993 Keio Hai Spring Cup. Fans remember him less for a long trophy list than for his all-or-nothing dashes to the lead in major races — a reckless style that made him a cult hero.

About the Character

Tiny, loud and permanently at full throttle, Twin Turbo treats every race like a sprint to the horizon. A Front Runner on mile-to-middle turf, she bolts to the lead from the break and dares anyone behind her to keep up.
